Myrtle Mae Cox

Ms. Myrtle Mae Cox, 86, of Nebo, KY, died Tuesday, December 7, 2004, at 9:00 A.M., at the Regional Medical Center. \ Born May 12, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Fred Cox and Jenny Prince Cox. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Lorene Winstead and Clara Bell Cox; and by two brothers, Chester Cox and Robert Lee Cox. \ Ms. Cox had been a registered nurse and had worked at Secoma Hospital in Greenville, TN. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Madisonville. \ She is survived by a sister-in-law, Ann Cox of Madisonville; four nieces, Sandra Moore and Peggy Villines, both of Madisonville, Kaye Hobgood of Evansville, IN, and Phyllis Kemble of Franklin, KY and three nephews, Dwyatt Cox, Larry Winstead, and Barry Cox all of Madisonville. \ Funeral services will be Friday, December 10, 2004, at 2:00 P.M., at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor Joe McCoy officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery. \ Visitation will be Friday, December 10, from 11:00 A.M. until the service time at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. \ Pallbearers will be the nephews of Ms. Cox. \ \ \
