Paul Otto Baldwin

Mr. Paul Otto Baldwin, 73, of Madisonville, KY passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at his residence. \ He was born November 17, 1937 in Madisonville, KY to the late Givins Otto Baldwin and Abbie Mae Wines Baldwin. He was also preceded by six brothers and sisters, Hattie Laura Hanner, Givins Ray Baldwin, James David Baldwin, Betty Rose Jones, Dale Truman Baldwin and Dorothy Mae Wynn. Mr. Baldwin was a member of the Providence Rural United Methodist Church and a truck driver. \ He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Gwen Cartwright Baldwin,; three daughters, Brenda Joy (Thomas) Lewis of Madisonville, Donna Darlene Ayers of Madisonville and Vicky Marlene (Larry) Warren of Manitou, KY; one brother, Richard Wines Baldwin of Hanson; six grandchildren, and one great granddaughter, Delilah Lewis. \ Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 24, 2010 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Thomas Baldwin and Bro. Kim Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Cemetery in Hanson. \ Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 9:00 A.M. until the service time on Friday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Larry Warren, Ellison Humphrey, Raymond Lee Humphrey, Brandon Lewis, Bradley Lewis and Chris Dickerson. \ Honorary pallbearers will be Richie Baldwin and Blake Dickerson \
