Peggy Lynn Rhew

Peggy Lynn Rhew, 74, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Friday October 30, 2015 at the Hospice Heartford House in Owensboro, KY.
She was born July 15, 1941 in Madisonville to the late Glen Copple and Fairy M. Littlepage Copple. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Glenn Rhew of 45 years; one daughter Janese Harville and one brother, Sonny Copple.
Mrs. Rhew was a dispatcher for Ligon for more than 30 years. After retirement she enjoyed multiple bible studies where she met many of her wonderful and close friends. Her favorite things to do were eating out with her friends and family. She loved listening to gospel music and frequently attended many concerts including those at Prichetts Chapel. She was a long-time member of Liberty Baptist Church and now a current member of Olive Branch Baptist Church. Her favorite color was yellow and her favorite TV programs were Days of our Lives, and the food network.
She is survived by two daughters, Renee (David) Orange of Madisonville, Tammy ( Ray) Francis of Henderson KY; two brothers, G.I. Copple of Beulah, KY and Bob Copple of Dawson Springs, KY. Five grandchildren, Bryce Harville, Kaitlyn Orange, Brandon Francis, Merrick Francis, Josh Orange and one great grandchild, Joshua Blake Orange.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Olive Branch Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery in Hanson, KY.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home and after 10:00 A.M. Tuesday until the service time at Olive Branch Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Bryce Harville, David Orange, Ray Francis, Josh Orange, Dana Eden, and Jeremy Harris. Honorary Pallbearers will be Scotty Copple, Bob Copple, G.I. Copple, and Beau Copple. Memorial Contributions can be made out to Olive Branch building fund, or the American Cancer Society.
