Ray Edward Polley

Ray Edward Polley, 93 of Princeton, KY passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at his home in Princeton.
Mr. Polley was born January 27, 1924 in Richland, KY to the late Dennis Polley and Pauline O'Bryan Polley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Annie Mae Ramsey Polley, and one brother, Austin Finley Polley.
He was a farmer and retired service technician from Sears. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Princeton.
He is survived by two sons, Brent (Lisa) Polley of Princeton and Doy (Amy) Polley of Hanson, KY; two grandsons, Ian and Eli Polley; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Duane Burden and Bro. Darell Eldridge officiating.. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 10:00 A.M. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be the two grandsons, Ian Polley and Eli Polley, along with Denny Polley, Jeff Polley, Kenny Arnold, and Eric Ramsey.
Memorial contributions can be made to Jack's Place Animal Rescue. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
