Thomas David \Tommy\"" Teague Obituary (1948 - 2005)

Mr. Thomas David Tommy Teague, 57, of Madisonville, Ky died at 12:45 P.M. Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. \ He was born September 26, 1948, to the late Elvin Teague and Imogene Blalock Teague. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Arthur Teague on February 17, 1973, and by his step-father, Richard Myers. \ Mr. Teague was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served in Vietnam, and was a recipient of the Purple Heart award. He was a retired lineman for Bell South Telephone Company and was an avid outdoorsman. \ He is survived by his daughter, Kelley Teague of Clarksville, TN; a nephew, David Teague; and by four grandchildren, Richard, Ericka, Nick, and Makenzie. \ A Celebration of Tommys Life will be held Saturday, November 12, 2005, from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M., at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. \ Memorials may take the form of donations to the Disabled American Veterans, P.O.
