Tonya Marie Plunkett

\ Tonya Marie Plunkett, 49, of Madisonville, KY passed away, September 13, 2014 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville. \ \ She was born March 3, 1965 in Hopkins County, KY to Shirley Lee Rice and the late Judy Long Rice. \ \ Mrs. Plunkett made her living as a homemaker. \ \ She is survived by her husband, Timothy Ray Plunkett of Madisonville; two daughters, Rebecca Howard of Fort Campbell, TN and Mindy Marie Plunkett of Madisonville; three sons, Daniel Wayne Messick of California, David Lee Messick of Kansas City, MO, and Adam Clendening of Madisonville; one sister, Tammy Ann Stewart of Madisonville; one brother, Terry Lee Rice of Madisonville; eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. \ \ Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Terry Rice officiating. Burial will follow at Grapevine Cemetery. \ \ Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 1:00 P.M. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. \ \ Pallbearers will be Daniel Messick, David Messick, Adam Clendening, Rodney Sikes, Sonny Stewart, Dan Carty, and Keith Baldwin. Honorary pallbearer will be Mindy Plunkett. \ \ In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tonya Plunkett Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home. \ \
