Ty Gaston Obituary (1977

Ty Gaston, 48, of Madisonville, KY passed away, Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, IN. He was born on April 1, 1977 in Hopkins County to Patricia Grace Adcock Gaston and the late Neal Gaston. Ty worked as a tree trimmer for utility companies and was a member of The River Church in Nortonville. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids, especially watching the sports they were playing at the time. He is survived by his daughters, Brookelyn Vanmatre, Breanna Vanmatre, Jordyn Hardwick, and Kaylie Gaston; son, Tyler Gaston; mother, Patricia Grace; brother, Patrick Moore; and grandchildren, Kase Gaston, Kolbie Hale, Ayden Jones, Adlynn Turner, Kynzleigh Turner, Ella Level, Waylon Level, Nash Glasgow, and Kya Gaston. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, December 15, 2025, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home – Madisonville Chapel with Tommy Basham officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time Monday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Hammock, A.J. Gunn, Brad Larkins, Patrick Moore, Danny Bean, and Paul Browning. Memorial contributions may be made to Barnett-Strother Funeral Home at 2285 North Main Street in Ty’s name.
