Virginia Taylor Marks

\ Virginia Taylor Marks, 87, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville. \ \ She was born March 18, 1928 in Hopkins County, KY to the late Robert Taylor and Anna Taylor. She was also preceded in death her husband of 50 years, James P. Marks; and several brothers and sisters. \ \ Mrs. Marks was a full time wife and mother. She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed reading and keeping house. \ \ She is survived by two daughters, Faye (Strother) Williams of Cadiz, KY, and Sandra (Steven) Wheeler of Madisonville; one son James 'JR' Rayburn (Kaye) Marks of Madisonville. Mrs. Marks has seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren, and also one brother, Walter Taylor. \ \ Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at East Lawn Cemetery in Hanson, KY. Burial will follow after the service. \ \
