Elizabeth Clark Whitfield

Mrs. Elizabeth Clark Whitfield, 84, of Madisonville, KY died at 7:15 A.M. Saturday, May 22, 2004, at Regional Medical Center. \ She was born January 24, 1920, in Nortonville, KY, to the late Leon and Ruth Hamby Clark. She was also preceded in death by her husband, West B. Whitfield 3-19-04. \ She was a member of the First Christian Church of Madisonville, she was active in the Womens Club, Homemakers, and Prosity Club. \ She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law; Patricia Patty and Pryce Littlepage of Madisonville and Sheila and Gary Davis of Madisonville;two brothers, Bobby Clark of Nortonville, KY, and Lewis Clark of Long Beach, CA; four grandchildren, Greg Littlepage, Lori Eans, Jason Davis and Jennifer Clark and four great-grandchildren. \ Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 24, 2004 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Emmerson and Rev. Don McLaughin officiating. Burial will follow in the New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville, KY. Pallbearers will be William Bill Harris, Dudley Gill, Richard Clark, Jim Walker, Don Hancock and Jack Eans \ Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Sunday and on Monday after 9:00 A.M. until the services at the funeral home. \ Memorial gifts may take the form of donations to the First Christian Church Building Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. \
