Wilma E. Tyson

Mrs. Wilma E. Tyson, 67, of Madisonville, KY, died Sunday, June 11, 2006, at 5:35 P.M., at the Regional Medical Center. \ Born February 8, 1939, in St. Charles, KY, to the late Sylvester Brunson and Kathleen Shipp Brunson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna Grace Comiere and Janetta Morrison, and one brother, Tommy Brunson. \ She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Madisonville. \ She is survived by her husband of 49 years, William Tyson of Madisonville; four daughters, Sandra Strong of Madisonville, Lori Combs of Madisonville, Tracy Green of Hopkinsville, KY and Donna Tyson of Madisonville and one grandchild. \ Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at 11:00 A.M., at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Pastor Van Williams and Pastor Laddie Pride officiating. Burial will follow in New Suthards Cemetery in Earlington, KY. \ Visitation will be Tuesday, June 13, 2006, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., and from 9:00 A.M. until the service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. \ Pallbearers will be Allen Strong, James Combs, Don Burkhart, Bob Schmitt, James Cunningham and Bob Miller. \ Memorial donations may be made to Maranatha Baptist Church.
